LeadSpark FAQ

What is LeadSpark?

LeadSpark is a campaign tool from Ablaze Digital Media for QR-based visitor engagement and lead capture at trade shows and events.

Do visitors need to install an app?

The public LeadSpark experience is presented as QR-based branded landing pages, so visitors should not need to install a dedicated app to scan and complete the visitor flow.

Can exhibitors use their own logo?

The current public LeadSpark positioning includes branded landing pages and the homepage mockup shows a "Your Logo" visitor experience. Confirm final artwork requirements before printing.

Can LeadSpark be used for a contest?

Yes. The existing LeadSpark marketing page presents contest and giveaway mode. Review the Giveaway Ideas page and verify applicable contest rules before launch.

Can leads be exported?

The current public site emphasizes real-time lead delivery and integrations. Confirm CSV export or integration availability for the selected plan before relying on it for post-show operations.

Does the campaign expire?

The existing LeadSpark marketing page says campaigns auto-expire after the event. Confirm the campaign end date during setup.

Can the QR code be printed?

Yes. The recommended booth use case is a tabletop 8.5 x 11-inch QR poster stand. Test the printed code before setup day.

Does LeadSpark replace all CRM software?

No. LeadSpark helps capture event leads and create a cleaner follow-up path. Use your CRM or sales process for long-term pipeline management where needed.

Is LeadSpark affiliated with Toronto Market Week?

No. These are independent exhibitor resources from LeadSpark by Ablaze Digital Media. No organizer endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership is implied.

How quickly can a campaign be launched?

The product direction is self-service campaign setup. For a simple campaign, prepare the offer, logo, fields, and poster copy first so setup can move quickly.

For stronger results, align the Exhibitor Guide, Lead-Capture Guide, and Giveaway Ideas before the event begins.
